WeBuyItForLife.com may store source type, uploader UID, source URL, license or permission status, attribution needs, creation date, and takedown status where practical.

Copyright Complaints

Submit a copyright complaint through the Contact and Legal Requests page and choose Copyright/DMCA. A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and provide the URL of the material at issue, explain the requested action, and provide information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party.

If the notice is intended as a statutory DMCA notice, it should also include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender is authorized to act for the owner. The current web form is a general intake route and does not substitute for any separately published statutory designated-agent details.

Review and Removal

WeBuyItForLife.com may request missing information, investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict access to disputed content, or remove it when reasonably appropriate. WeBuyItForLife.com may hide or remove a reported image without deleting unrelated product or review data when feasible. Submission does not establish ownership, infringement, legal sufficiency, or a guaranteed outcome, and WeBuyItForLife.com does not promise continuous monitoring or immediate removal.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, use the same legal-request route, identify the request as a counter-notice, and provide the removed material and its former location, your contact information, and the reasons you believe removal was mistaken. A statutory counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and the jurisdiction, service-of-process, and other statements required by applicable law. Do not submit a statutory statement you do not understand or cannot truthfully make.

WeBuyItForLife.com may share a counter-notice with the original complainant and handle restoration only as supported and permitted by applicable law and current operations. A counter-notice does not guarantee restoration.

Repeat Infringement and Misrepresentation

WeBuyItForLife.com may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright, taking account of the available facts and appropriate circumstances. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Trademark, impersonation, privacy, defamation, or other non-copyright disputes should be identified under the closest request type on the legal-request page rather than presented as a copyright notice.
